Shipping policy
We are excited for you to receive your order and are committed to getting your package to you as soon as possible!
Do note that all orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options. If you have any other issues with your order, please contact us at hello@tobystrove.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Every item is carefully checked and hand-packed by us before shipping. Please note that we engage a third-party company for all deliveries and we will not be liable for any lost parcels or damages that may occur during shipping.
Domestic Shipping
For orders within Singapore, kindly allow between 3-6 working days for your parcel to arrive. A $5 shipping fee will be apply to orders below $65. Free shipping will be provided for domestic orders equal to or above $65.
International Shipping
As international shipping fees are calculated manually, please drop us an email at hello@tobystrove.com and we will be happy to assist you! Please note that you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your orders. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to custom charges.
